Components of an e-Business Strategy

So here is the presentation that I gave at the “Making e-Business Part of your Sales Strategy” seminar this week. As expected there was a great discussion afterwards with Shenda Loughnane of ICAN and Michael Veale of Buy4Now, so a big thanks to them for agreeing to participate.
