Components of an e-Business Strategy

So here is the presentation that I gave at the “Making e-Business Part of your Sales Strategy” seminar this week. As expected there was a great discussion afterwards with Shenda Loughnane of ICAN and Michael Veale of Buy4Now, so a big thanks to them for agreeing to participate.

The context for my slides is a sharing of some of my own insights from my time working with insurers FBD, No Nonsense and Vhi over the past number of years. I hope you find this useful. Please note that the sound quality is not great, so apologies about that.
